That does not mean it does not exist — we simply cannot match it. There are three ways:
- Use the “Withdraw from contract” link in your order confirmation. It leads straight here and knows your contract.
- Sign in and open this page again. Sign in
- Or send us the withdrawal informally by email. It takes effect when it reaches us — the channel does not matter. support@tavonto.com
